1. Do you have more than one wedding a day?
Sometimes, on weekends we may book a day event and an evening event, although each event has exclusive use of the property during their event.

2. Are Wedding Consultants available?
We can provide you with a list of local wedding planners and consultants or you can utilize our wedding vendor list to create your gala event.

3. Is there parking?
Yes, there is ample parking. Our packages include valet parking. We recommend hiring valet service for large groups and highly recommend it for all our events.

4. Do you allow live bands?
Yes, we allow live bands, disc jockeys, mariachis, harpists, string quartets or other musical performers.

5. How Late can we go?
Music until midnight, 12:00 am. The property is zoned A-1 Commercial.

6. Do I have to choose from a menu from my event?
You, along with Mansion Catering’s Executive chef, will create YOUR custom menu.

7. Do I have to use Mansion Catering?
You may rent the property and hire your own caterer, restrictions apply.

8. Is Bar Service available?
Full bar service is available, including wine, beer and mixed drinks, with a variety of options. Our staff will assist you in determining how to maximize beverage options for your guests while maintaining a realistic and workable budget. We are fully licensed and insured.

9. Do you offer chair covers, linens, stemware and flatware?
Yes. We have superb local rental companies who offer rentals of linens, stemware, flatware, chair covers, tents and much more.

10. Do you do rehearsals?
Yes, rehearsals are usually done one or two days prior to your wedding (usually on a Wednesday or Thursday) and are included in the wedding packages. They take about one-half hour depending on the size of your group and must be scheduled in advance to reserve the date. There is no additional charge for rehearsals, and encourage you to consider The Forster Mansion for your Rehearsal meal as well.

11. What happens to my wedding if there is inclement weather?
The Forster Mansion on short notice can erect a tent if one was not initially planned.

12. Can you help us find ministers?
Yes, we have contact information for local officiates, including judges and non-denominational clergy, that we will be happy to provide for you.

13. Are there hotels near by?
Yes, there a numerous hotels nearby for any budget. Many local hotels have gorgeous ocean views.

14. Are there any restrictions on centerpieces for the tables?
You are welcome to create the display of your dreams, but we require candles to be in flame retardant holders.

15. Can I reserve time for engagement and bridal photos prior to the date of my event?
Yes, you are welcome to reserve time for photography, and photo session time is included in our packages.
